David Lynch Takes On Another Acting Role In 'Lucky'
If you can't get enough of David Lynch starring in the revived Twin Peaks TV show that he created, don't worry. It's not his last acting role. Lynch appears in the trailer for a quirky new film called Lucky, out September 29. The film is described as "The spiritual journey of a ninety-year-old atheist." Harry Dean Stanton (who had a small role in Twin Peaks as Carl Rodd) plays the titular character, while Lynch plays a character named Howard. In the trailer, Lynch is seen shouting about the importance of a missing tortoise. The film looks just odd enough for Lynch fans. Plus, it's directed by John Carroll Lynch. We're sold.
